CHEM 0360 - Biochemistry of Cell Regulation Credits: 3 Semester: 2nd semester Lecture: 3 Fundamental principles of biochemistry (protein structure and function, conformational change, kinetics, thermodynamics, equilibrium, etc.) are covered. Cell biology topics will include plasma membrane and membrane proteins, cell signaling cascades, regulation of gene transcription and translation, regulation of the cell cycle, cancer and oncogenes, nerve transmission, and immune response.
