Neuroanatomy and neurophysiology of marine invertebrates and vertebrates, including resting potentials, action potentials, synaptic transmission, neurotransmitters, sensory transduction, muscle innervation, sensorimotor transformations and neurophysiological bases of behavior.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 0120 /BIOL 0121 , CHEM 0231 , PHYS 0301 , eitherBIOL 0305 or BIOL 0315 or BIOL 0596 , and permission of instructor.
