Food and Nutritional Sciences, Food Science/Biology Option, B.S.


The Food Science/Biology option affords students majoring in food science and biology the opportunity to attain a dual major in four (4) years. Upon graduation, the student is marketable for employment in either area having two B.S. degrees.
