COEG 0410 - COMPUTER HARDWARE DESIGN Credits: 3 Semester: 1st & 2nd, summer Upon completion of the course the students are expected to learn how modern computers work, design, simulation, experimentation of basic ALU and control units, Instruction set architecture of modern computers, Memory and I/O architecture of modern computers, Hardware programming language: Verilog/VHDL, design of System on Chip (SoC), network on chip (NoC), parallel computer architecture.
