MILS 0102 - Foundations of Agile and Adaptive Leadership Credits: 1 Semester: 2nd Semester Lecture: Lect. & Conf. 1 hr. weekly This course introduces students to the personal challenges and competencies that are critical for effective leadership. Students learn tools to develop life skills such as critical thinking, time management, goal setting, and communication. Students learn the basics of the communications process and the importance for leaders to develop the essential skills to effectively communicate in the Army. Students will continue learning the basics of squad level tactics that will be reinforced during a weekly leadership lab facilitated by Advanced Course Cadets and supervised by Cadre.
