Physics of semiconductor devices. Properties of materials and devices used in electrical engineering. Theory of operation of semiconductor devices to include semiconductor fundamentals, PN junction diodes, bipolar junction transistor, and field-effect transistors.
Prerequisite(s): EENG 0325 , EENG 0333 and PHYS 0311 .
