Overview of financial and managerial construction accounting concepts providing a basic understanding of how financial data is used for internal cost controlling, planning, and budgeting. Fundamental financial calculations associated with the time value of money, debt instruments, taxes, inflation, and cash flow estimates are emphasized with the aid of MS Excel software.
