BIOL 0361 - Introduction to Methods in Biotechnology

Methods for the isolation, purification, and assay of biomolecules from tissue, plants, food, or cell extracts. Methods will include biochemical assays, spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrophoresis.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 0251 ; CHEM 0233  and CHEM 0234 .
