ARCH 0423 - Theory of Architecture

This course teaches students the investigative skills needed to engage in applied research in architecture. These skills are applied in a term paper investigating one or more of the theoretical paradigms which have influenced the design of the built environment from antiquity through the present. An emphasis is placed on developing students’ critical thinking skills through writing and speaking.

Prerequisite(s): ARCH 0302  and ARCH 0352 .
