AENG 0431 - Aerospace Systems Engineering

Semester: 1st and 2nd Semesters
Lecture: 3
This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of systems engineering and their application to the development of complex aerospace systems.  It describes how the systems engineering viewpoint can be brought to bear to address engineering challenges encountered in complex aerospace systems.  It also brings into perspective the essential role of systems engineering in project management.  Students are introduced to the model-based systems engineering approach.

Prerequisite(s): Senior Standing
