Recommended Elective Course for all CSCI majors. The first semester of a student’s senior year. This course presents the specific concepts, systems, and technologies for managing information system projects effectively. This course leads the students through a complete project life cycle, from requirements analysis and project definition to staii - with important techniques for controlling project costs, schedules, and performance. Lectures, case studies, a research project, and group discussions are combined to develop the sldlls needed by project managers in today’s business environments.
Prerequisite(s): CSCI 0340 or Department Approval.
