Office of the Registrar


The Office of the Registrar has the responsibility for maintaining official student academic records. Transcripts are released from this office by following the procedures established for requesting transcripts. The office is located on the first floor of Kresge Center and provides service on a daily basis.

The Office of the Registrar is the gatekeeper of Institution’s Academic Records and its Academic Regulations and Procedures. We provide a variety of services for Students (New Incoming Freshmen/Transfers and currently/ formerly enrolled), Alumni, Faculty, Staff and external Stakeholders. Services includes, but not limited to, Course Registration, Transcript Requests, Enrollment Verification, Change in Registration, Change of Major, Transfer Credit processing, Degree Auditing,  Certification of Student-Athletes and Veterans, and related matters. The National Student Clearinghouse handles our electronic transcript requests including PDFs and verifies enrollment and degrees awarded to our graduates (degreeverify.org).

There is ongoing collaboration with Academic units and Student Support Service areas such as Admissions and Enrollment Management, Bursar, Housing, Financial Aid Services and Campus Technology. Our ultimate goal is consistent engagement in excellent customer service that will increase students’ retention and persistence towards graduation.

The office is located at 136 Kresge Center and provides weekly service Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 12 Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
